In Inaugural List of Real Estate Influencers in the Garden State, Middlesex County Scores Big
METUCHEN – In their inaugural rankings of real estate heavy hitters in the Garden State, the publication Return on Information-New Jersey (ROI-NJ) recognized three Middlesex County leaders for their influence in New Jersey’s economic well-being.
In a list of influencers which included Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos, New Brunswick Development Corp. (Devco) President Chris Paladino was chosen as the most influential leader in New Jersey’s real estate scene for 2017. In addition to Paladino, New Brunswick Mayor Jim Cahill — one of the leading voices among New Jersey’s mayors calling for responsible economic development in the 21st Century — and MCDO Chairman and Carpenter Contractors Trust President Kevin McCabe were named among the “Power Players” in the ROI-NJ 2017 rankings.
“Middlesex County is at the crossroads of New Jersey’s economic future, and I think the ROI-NJ rankings reflect that,” said MCDO Vice Chair Beatrice Moskowitz. “Thanks in part to our County Administration’s strong fiscal stewardship – maintaining a top credit rating for Middlesex County – combined with our proximity to world-class higher education and our County’s tradition of innovation that goes back to the Golden Age of Thomas Edison’s Menlo Park lab, we’re seeing so many wonderful things coming out of Middlesex County. Congratulations to everyone named in the ROI-NJ Real Estate Influencers rankings, and let’s get to work for the people of the Garden State.”
