This page will explain everything you need to know to vote in any MCDO Convention or Reorganization Meeting. Call or text the MCDO HQ (732-906-3680) if you require assistance casting your vote.Â

IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE THE TEXT OR EMAIL – HERE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS TO VOTE PROVISIONALLY
If we do not have an email address and/or cell phone number on file for you, you will need to vote using the provisional voting system by phone. You will need to know your State File ID number before calling the automated system. You can get your State File ID number by signing into the NJ Division of Elections System. Your profile will look like this:
Below are the instructions on how to access the ballot over the phone:

- Step 1 — Call the number provided during the meeting
- Step 2 — Enter your 10-digit numerical State File ID number (do not include the leading letter as a digit and DO NOT press pound after entering the State File ID number)
- Step 3 — Cast your vote by following the directions read to you
- Step 4 — Hang up and dial the number provided to call back into the Convention

If you vote using the online ElectionBuddy ballot and the phone voting system, the MCDO will only accept the online ElectionBuddy vote. If you vote twice using the phone voting system, the MCDO will only accept the first provisional vote received.Â
